The Les Turner ALS Foundation is a non-profit corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and has a federal tax identification number of 36-2916466. The Foundation is registered with the State of Illinois, Office of the Attorney General, Charitable Trust and Solicitations Bureau as CO # 01009026 and is in compliance with all provisions of the Better Business Bureau’s Standards for Charitable Solicitations.

Non-profit evaluator Charity Navigator has awarded the Les Turner ALS Foundation with a four-star rating for three consecutive years. Only 13% of rated charities have received at least three consecutive four-star evaluations.
