SUMMARY:Celebration of Life
DESCRIPTION:The 2016 Celebration of Life to remember those we have lost to ALS will be held on Sunday\, November 6 at the Les Turner ALS Foundation office. This service will include readings by members of the Foundation’s Home and Community Services Team with a candle light ceremony and refreshments to follow. There are several ways that you can actively participate in the Celebration of Life: \nParticipate in the Les Turner ALS Foundation’s Memorial Plaque Program. Click here to access the form.\nInclude your loved one’s name in the Celebration of Life program book. All names will be read during the service. All names must be received by Friday\, October 14.
