Remembering Those We’ve Lost
In remembrance of our loved ones lost to ALS, we’re hosting a Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 18 at 11am via Facebook Live.
This will be a moving, 15-minute online service honoring those we have lost to ALS and includes readings from our CEO, Andrea Pauls Backman, and Support Group Facilitator Anne Lidsky, PhD, who will lead a candle lighting ceremony, and music from Cantor Adam Kahan. If you have a Facebook account, make sure to follow the Foundation so you get a notification when the ceremony begins>>
P.S. No Facebook account? No problem! Simply set a reminder and click here to view the ceremony.
A Late-Bird Special To Strike Out ALS

Our Les Turner ALS family is counting on you to help make this year’s event a success, no matter how or where you participate. It’s not too late to lace up and support people and families living with ALS across Chicagoland>>
Walk for Hope, Walk for Help and Walk for Life
We always say our ALS Walk for Life is like one big family reunion. And while we can’t all gather at Soldier Field this year, you can use your passion and dedication to help create a world free of ALS!
Our virtual format gives you the opportunity to create a team and fundraise in honor or memory of a loved one with ALS.
We’ll all come together for a celebration on Facebook Live, Saturday, September 26 at 11am! Walk with us>>
