On April 5, our Director of Social Services, Laurie B. Fieldman, LCSW, led a Northeast ALS Consortium (NEALS) webinar, sharing her expertise on how to minimize the impact on children in ALS families. Many professionals don’t get the opportunity to work with these kids directly, but we can still help them by providing information to their parents. The goal of this webinar was to help arm families with the information they need to minimize the impact on kids in ALS families.
