Reflecting on our Chicago NEALS ALS Clinical Research Institute

“I am looking for ways to be faithful to my son’s example, to his love and faith and energy,” says Gwen Gotsch, who lost her son, Kris, to ALS, in 2017.

That’s why, when Gwen opened an email from the Foundation about attending our NEALS ALS Clinical Research Learning Institute (CRLI) in February, she decided to take the leap and apply.
